HISTORY

FEMINA BONA has been operating in beauty and health care industry for over 15 years. Our valuable experience and constantly growing needs of the market determined development of new operation fields of the company.  Currently we are working much in the field of SPA and health care. As a result, we opened a chain of natural cosmetic products shops "Nature Shop" and Femina Bona home SPA. Moreover, we have been developing consultancy projects on the issues of establishment of SPA centers. Our training division has already started training of experts for SPA therapy.

Currently FEMINA BONA involves:

• A wholesaler representing such trademarks as hair care cosmetics KEUNE, body and face care cosmetics GERMAINE DE CAPUCCINI, STYX and LAKSHMI;
• Training sessions for beauticians, SPA therapy experts and full scale hairdressers following the methods of Pivot Point school, various courses and refresher sessions in Vilnius and Kaunas;
• SPA consultancy projects;
• Natural cosmetics shops „Nature Shop“ in Vilnius, Kaunas and Klaipėda;
• SPA centers "Home SPA" in Vilnius, Kaunas and Palanga.

• 1993 - beauty salon „LADY ANE“ was established and later on it became „FEMINA BONA“ beauty institute;
• 1995 - first beautician training center, working with the Board of Education license, was opened in Kaunas.
• 1997 - FEMINA BONA beauty institute became official representative of proffesional body and face cosmetics producer „GERMAINE DE CAPUCCINI“ (Spain);
• 1998 - FEMINA BONA started representing “GREAT LENGHTS” (Italy) - leading company in natural hair extensions;
• 1999 - was signed distribution contract with French- Dutch professional hair care company „KEUNE";
• 1999 was established first school for hairstylists of wide profile working according International Hairstylist School Pivot Point. Since 2001 students get specialty of hairstylist and qualification certificate issued by Ministry of Education and Science;
• 1999 FEMINA BONA signed contract for collaboration with Spanish company S.O.R. International S.A. (trademark "SORISA")producing electrocosmetic appliances;
• 2000 was opened second beauty salon in Kaunas , J. Gruodžio str. 31;
• 2001 was opened first beauty salon in Vilnius, Vytenio str. 18;  
• 2002 FEMINA BONA represented novelty for Lithuania beauty market - 100 % natural ayurvedic cosmetics LAKSHMI (Italy); 
• 2003 February beauty salon in Vilnius was opened, J.Jasinskio str. 16a;
• 2003 was opened Day SPA of FEMINA BONA in Druskininkai, K.Dineikos str. 1 (hotel "SPA Vilnius");
• 2004 FEMINA BONA started distributing natural Austrian cosmetics "STYX Naturcosmetic" in Lithuania;
• 2005 FEMINA BONA became oficial representive for Baltic countries of SPA equipment producing companies  „L‘esagono“, „Technodesign“, „ Carisma“ (Italy);
• 2005 December two "Nature shops" of natural cosmetics were opened in Kaunas (shopping mall "Mega") and Klaipėda (shopping mall "Akropolis");
• 2005 December net of FEMINA BONA beauty salons (6 salons in Lithuania) was sold to Internalional Investment company "Baltic Cosmetic Holding";
• 2006 June was opened first SPA center "SPA home" of FEMINA BONA in Palanga hotel „Palangos Vėtra“, S.Daukanto str. 35;
• 2006 July firstly in Lithuania was organised international festival of „INMASTER“ - Manual Massage Therapy Institute (Spain);
• since 2006 September FEMINA BONA training centre started with program for SPA therapy specialist.
• 2006 June - we started coopetation with French natural cosmetics "Green Mama" producer.
• 2006 October was opened the third "Nature Shop" of natural cosmetics in Vilnius (shopping mall BIG)
• 2006 Novmber -December were opened SPA centers "SPA home" in Kaunas and Vilnius.
